The auna Connect 100 internet radio is a multifunctional all-round wonder with its modern functionality was built compactly and elegantly.
Its enthusiasm for the future manifests in its WLAN interface that enables wireless access to different radio stations and on the other hand be used as a network player. Thus it is possible, for example, to stream from the computer to the device your private, digital music collection.

Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth interface, the auna Connect 100 allows wireless music streaming from Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops. On the rear panel, the USB port can be used to quickly and easily play music tracks from an MP3 feed. An AUX input for connecting external players, such as cellphones or MP3 players, can be also found on the rear panel.
The sound is provided by two laterally built full-range speakers. The result is a broad and dynamic sound with 2 x 5 Watt RMS power that can be increased if necessary with the line-output via external HiFi or surround equipment. Using several equalizer presets, you can target your preferred auditory experience.
Thanks to the easy-to-read 6.5cm (2.5”) TFT display with dimmable backlight, you can always keep the time, artist and radio station in sight. Another special feature is the extensive alarm function with programmable intervals. A sleep timer and snooze round out the alarm functions.
Thanks to its manageable size, the auna Connect 100 radio alarm clock fits perfectly on bedside tables, shelves or in the kitchen. It can be easily controlled via the included remote control.

Das Connect 100 wird geliefert mit Netzkabel, Audio Klinkenkabel, Fernbedienung sowie eine Beschreibung.
Das Radio ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Hochglänzende Elemente wurden durch abziehbare Klebefolie geschützt.
Die Optik ist sehr ansprechend. Das Holzgehäuse hat eine feine Maserung. Seitlich sind die Lautsprecher. Der bass kommt von Hinten. Das Display sowie Bedienelemente sind vorne sehr übersichtlich. Auf der Rückseite findet man den Ein/Aus Schalter sowie AUX IN, LINE OUT sowie den Steckplatz für den USB Stick. Oben findet man mittig die SNOOZE Taste.
Ich empfand die Einrichtung als selbsterklärend und simpel.
Einrichtung mit dem WLAN Router (bei mir über WPS) ging super schnell. So wie es dann übers Internet verbunden ist, kann das Gerät im vollen Maße benutzt werden.
Radiosender sind mehr als genug einstellbar. Ob DAB, Lokale Radiosender oder Weltweit. Dazu gibt es die praktische Favoritenliste, wo man seine Lieblingssender speichern kann.
Der Klang ist hervorragend. Das ist auch dem Holzgehäuse zu verdanken. Der Ton kommt seitlich aus dem Gerät, was sich beim Hören als sehr angenehm erweist.
Was mir gefällt, dann man sich das Wetter anzeigen lassen kann, wenn man das Radio ausschaltet. Das kleine Display bietet sogar Anzeige in Farbe. Wer möchte, kann sich auch die Börsendaten anzeigen lassen.
Man kann das Internetradio unter Modus als Internetradio sowie als Radiowecker anzeigen lassen.
3 verschiedene Wecker sind einstellbar 2 x möglich mit Musik und einmal als Schlummer-Wecker.
Als Timer, ja sogar als Eieruhr könnte man das Radio einstellen. Ein lauter Piepton erinnert einen dann daran, dass die Zeit um ist
Die SNOOZE Taste oben auf dem Gerät beendet jeden eingestellten Alarm.
Die Menüführung ist sehr übersichtlich. Auch mit Fernbedienung spielend zu bedienen.
Sicher gibt es noch viele Funktionen, auf die ich hier nicht näher eingehen möchte. Ich bin bisher jedenfalls zufrieden und mag das Internetradio.
Was mir an dem Connect 100 besonders gefällt, das ich endlich all meine Lieblingssender hören kann und das ganz ohne Schnarren und Rauschen, denn Empfangsprobleme sind jetzt Tabu. Die Musik vom USB Stick ist dank Media Player abspielbar. Auch der Wetterbericht als Kurzinfo nach dem Ausschalten ist genial. Die Uhrzeit sowie Datum läuft übers Internet. Dient auch als Bluetoothlautsprecher für mein Smartphone. Damit das Radio immer auf den neuesten Stand ist, bietet es Software-Update
Was mir nicht so gefällt, das es viele Funktionen gibt, die ich mangels Zeit nicht alle nutzen werde.

The Connect 100 comes with a power cord, audio jack cable, remote control and a description. The radio is very well made. High-gloss elements were protected by removable adhesive film. The optics are very attractive. The wooden case has a fine grain. The speakers are on the side. The bass comes from behind. The display and controls are very clear at the front. On the back you will find the on/off switch as well as AUX IN, LINE OUT and the slot for the USB stick. The SNOOZE button is in the middle at the top. I found the setup to be self-explanatory and simple. Setting up with the WLAN router (in my case via WPS) was super fast. As soon as it is then connected via the Internet, the device can be used to the full extent. Radio stations are adjustable more than enough. Whether DAB, local radio stations or worldwide. There is also a practical favorites list where you can save your favorite stations. The sound is excellent. This is also thanks to the wooden housing. The sound comes out of the side of the device, which proves to be very pleasant when listening. What I like is that you can see the weather when you turn off the radio. The small display even offers color information. If you want, you can also display the stock market data. The Internet radio can be displayed under Mode as Internet radio and as radio alarm clock. 3 different alarm clocks can be set, 2 x possible with music and once as a snooze alarm clock. You could set the radio as a timer, even as an egg timer. A loud beep will then remind you that the time is up. The SNOOZE button on top of the device will cancel any alarm that has been set. The menu navigation is very clear. Also easy to operate with remote control. Certainly there are still many functions that I do not want to go into detail here. Anyway, I'm satisfied so far and I like the Internet radio. What I particularly like about the Connect 100 is that I can finally listen to all my favorite stations without any buzzing or noise, because reception problems are now taboo. The music from the USB stick can be played thanks to the media player. The weather report as a short info after switching off is awesome. The time and date runs over the Internet. Also serves as a Bluetooth speaker for my smartphone. So that the radio is always up to date, it offers software updates. What I don't like is that there are many functions that I won't use all of them due to lack of time. Regarding power consumption: Standby (display clock/date - weather): 3.6 W Switch to off: 0 W Display as clock radio: 5.3 W Max. measured power consumption: 12.1 W. It's a very good quality radio, huh I can recommend. It is a free review copy.
