Avec ce casque, on se retrouve dans le milieu de gamme grand public et sur un usage «Djing». Même si bien sûr rien n'empêche d'en avoir un usage «Hifi» ou «Tv», ce «Auna Base» embrasse toutes les spécificités propres aux casques pour DJ: Un casque massif type fermé, écouteur articulés et orientables, câble à spirales et l'indispensable housse de transport. Pour répondre à la traditionnelle et invariable question « Qu'est ce qu'il y a dans la boite ? » : une réponse toute bête : un casque bien sûr ! Mais également deux câbles audio Jack 3.5 mâle/mâle avec systématiquement une prise coudée et une prise droite. Le premier câble est de type droit, il mesure 2 mètres trente, le second est à spirale et fait 1 mètre. La qualité a l'air d'être au rendez vous, le diamètre inspire confiance, les connecteur sont dorés et on trouve en prime sur le câble à spirale un adaptateur amovible (à visser) jack 6.3 lui aussi doré. Enfin, accessoire appréciable, un petit sac de transport en matière synthétique. En ce qui concerne donc la connectique et les accessoires, ce Base n'a aucunement à rougir. Le fabriquant a simplement fait l'économie d'un mode d'emploi. Mais en a-t-on véritablement besoin ? Au déballage, le casque en lui même fait immédiatement bonne impression. Lourd, massif , il respire la solidité, ce qui le sépare immédiatement des casques d'entrée de gamme et leur finition parfois discutable. Cela se ressent particulièrement sur les articulations du casque et un réglage de l'arceau particulièrement rassurant. Logique ! Ai-je envie de dire puisqu'on est en terme de prix un gros cran au dessus. Ici pas de plastique de basse qualité , mais du plastique doux agréable au touché, un cerclage chromé sur les faces externes des écouteurs. L'arceau est enrobé de mousse sur ses faces externes/internes, simili cuir sur le haut, toile synthétique sur le bas. Côté confort, là encore, la copie rendue par le fabriquant est bonne. Ce Auna Base n'exerce pas trop de pression sur les oreilles et se montre très agréable à porter, fatalement au détriment de son isolation phonique. Éternel dilemme ! Passons aux choses sérieuses, le son ! Après tout, on passe plus de temps à écouter un casque qu'à le regarder. Sur ce point, le constructeur suit la tendance actuelle avec un casque présentant des basses renforcées. Ce n'est pas une grosse surprise. Si le procédé à l'avantage de proposer des rendus spectaculaires, il n'est pas rare que le renforcement des fréquences basses finissent par noyer les parties supérieures du spectre dans un assourdissant bourdonnement, visiblement apprécié par les jeunes gens ventant les mérites des Beat By Dre. Quid de ce «Auna Base» ? Et bien, le rendu apparaît comme maitrisé, certes très prononcé sur les basses, mais sans que cela soit pénible. Médium, aiguës sont assez finement restitués pour ne pas rebuter l'audiophile et surtout sans distorsion détectable. Bref, c'est d'autant plus séduisant que la bestiole affiche un dynamisme qui sera apprécié pour le monitoring (pré-écoute). Mon verdict : Je l'ai déjà écrit à de multiple reprise, il n'y a pas de miracle sur le marché du casque mais deux courbes aussi parallèles qu'ascendantes, celle du prix et de la qualité. Chaque casque doit être jugé par rapport à sa gamme de prix et l'usage qu'on souhaite en faire. Après, il peut arriver ensuite qu'une marque ou que la courbe d'un modèle vous conviennent mieux ou moins bien. Moi par exemple, je n'aime pas trop les Sennheiser , ce sont pourtant de super casques et des milliers de professionnelles les utilisent, mais ça ne correspond pas à mes goûts. (Et c'est pas faute d'avoir essayé, j'ai un HD 215 depuis plusieurs années, je n'arrive pas à prendre du plaisir en l'écoutant). Pour moi ce Auna Base se situe à la fois sur le milieu de gamme grand public et le début de gamme pro. Je veux dire par là qu'avec ce casque on peut déjà imaginer avoir un utilisation pro. Je ne conseillerai pas pour le studio en raison de son renforcement des basses (là dessus la référence c'est à mes yeux AKG mais attention ce n'est pas donné) mais pour une utilisation DJ, je pense qu'on a ici et sans mauvais jeu de mot : une bonne base, en particulier au niveau dynamisme et puissance. (ce qui est indispensable si vous pré écoutez au casque en ayant le son de la salle en même temps). Bref cette paire d'écouteur vaut son prix et constitue un bon intermédiaire entre le casque premier prix et le haut de gamme, je ne vois aucune raison de lui pinailler une étoile...

The first cable is of the straight type, it measures 2.30 meters, the second is spiral and is 1 meter long. The quality seems to be there, the diameter inspires confidence, the connectors are golden and there is a bonus on the spiral cable a removable adapter (to screw) jack 6.3 also golden. Finally, an appreciable accessory, a small carrying bag in synthetic material. As far as connectors and accessories are concerned, this Base has nothing to be ashamed of. The manufacturer has simply made the economy of a manual. But do we really need it? Upon unpacking, the helmet itself immediately makes a good impression. Heavy, massive, it exudes solidity, which immediately separates it from entry-level helmets and their sometimes questionable finish. This is particularly felt on the joints of the helmet and a particularly reassuring headband adjustment. Logic ! Do I want to say since we are in terms of price a big notch above. Here no low quality plastic, but soft plastic pleasant to the touch, a chrome strapping on the outer faces of the headphones. The headband is coated with foam on its external/internal faces, imitation leather on the top, synthetic fabric on the bottom. On the comfort side, again, the copy made by the manufacturer is good. This Auna Base does not exert too much pressure on the ears and is very pleasant to wear, inevitably to the detriment of its sound insulation. Eternal dilemma! Let's get down to business, the sound! After all, we spend more time listening to headphones than looking at them. On this point, the manufacturer is following the current trend with a headset with reinforced bass. It's not a big surprise. If the process has the advantage of offering spectacular renderings, it is not uncommon for the reinforcement of the low frequencies to end up drowning the upper parts of the spectrum in a deafening buzz, visibly appreciated by young people extolling the merits of Beat By Dr. What about this “Auna Base”? Well, the rendering appears to be mastered, certainly very pronounced on the bass, but without it being painful. Midrange and treble are reproduced finely enough not to put off the audiophile and above all without detectable distortion. In short, it is all the more attractive as the beast displays a dynamism that will be appreciated for monitoring (pre-listening). My verdict: I have already written it many times, there is no miracle on the helmet market but two curves as parallel as they are ascending, that of price and quality. Each helmet must be judged in relation to its price range and the use that one wishes to make of it. Afterwards, it may then happen that a brand or the curve of a model suits you better or less well. Me, for example, I don't really like the Sennheisers, yet they are great headphones and thousands of professionals use them, but they don't suit my tastes. (And it's not for lack of trying, I've had an HD 215 for several years, I can't take pleasure in listening to it). For me, this Auna Base is both in the consumer mid-range and the beginning of the pro range. By this I mean that with this helmet you can already imagine having a pro use. I would not recommend for the studio because of its bass reinforcement (the reference above is in my eyes AKG but beware it is not cheap) but for DJ use, I think we have here and without bad pun: a good base, especially in terms of dynamism and power. (which is essential if you pre-listen with headphones while having the sound of the room at the same time). In short, this pair of headphones is worth its price and constitutes a good intermediary between the first price headphones and the top of the range, I see no reason to nitpick a star...

Mittlerweile habe ich schon einige Kopfhörer und Headsets – immer wieder sind es andere Arten, mit anderen Vor- und Nachteilen. Ich liebe sie alle, denn ich bin ein großer Gehörfan.
Auch der Auna Base Over-Ear Kopfhörer hat mich begeistert, dass kann ich schon mal vorwegsagen.

Optisch macht der Kopfhörer viel her. Er sieht modern und einfach optisch ansprechend aus. Ich habe den Schwarz-Blauen. Eigentlich sind das nicht meine Farben, allerdings sahen sie für mich am ansprechendsten aus. Für Frauen würde ich mir noch eine Weiß-Rot/Weiß-Orange – oder ähnliche Variante wünschen. Einfach noch eine Alternative für die weiblichen Nutzer, die es nicht so dunkel und blau mögen.

An der Verarbeitung gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles sitzt top, schließt ab, ist gleichmäßig und hat

keine scharfen Kanten.
Die leder/gummiartigen Bezüge der Hörmuscheln sind straff und dick genug, sodass sie nicht gleich durchscheuern oder reißen. Abwischen kann man sie auch ganz leicht.

Das Verstellen des Kopfhörers geht ganz einfach. Man sieht zwar keine Stufen, spürt aber ein leichtes Ruckeln, sodass man merkt, dass kleine Stufen innen rasten. Allerdings sind die so klein, dass da jeder den perfekten Sitz finden wird. Auch lassen sie sich deutlich herausziehen, sodass selbst Leute mit großen Köpfen oder niedrig sitzenden Ohren eine passende Position finden werden. Höchstens die Weite könnte für den ein oder anderen ein Problem sein. Man kann die Weite nicht einstellen, wobei der Kopfhörer flexibel ist. Mir passt er, allerdings sollte er auch nicht viel enger sein. Personen mit großen oder breiten Köpfen sollten also vorsichtig sein.
Deswegen habe ich nachgemessen. 15 cm breit darf der Kopf sein. Man kann den Kopfhörer auch noch wenige Zentimeter weiter biegen, ob es dann aber auf Dauer hält oder womöglich etwas reißt oder bricht, weiß ich nicht.

Der Sitz … Der Kopfhörer ist gegen meine On-Ear-Kopfhörer relativ schwer, aber nicht störend,

sondern noch gut im Rahmen, auch wenn es erst mal ein paar Gewöhnungszeit benötigte, bis das Tragegefühl wirklich gut wurde. Wie gesagt ist die Breite nicht einstellbar, aber bei mir sitzen sie sehr gut. Da wackelt, zwickt und rutscht nichts, auch wenn ich den Kopf stark mitwippe – ich habe es extra ausprobiert. Das finde ich wirklich klasse. So muss man nicht ständig alles zurechtrücken, und fühlt sich auch wohler und der Sound bleibt auch besser in den Ohren.
Außerdem kann man auch die Hörmuscheln in ihrer Halterung komplett drehen. Ich benötige das nicht, aber für den ein oder anderen kann das vermutlich hilfreich sein.

Der Sound hat mich von Anfang an begeistert. Ich kann nicht mit High-End Kopfhörern vergleichen,

aber mit einigen anderen in derselben Preisklasse. Dieser hier hat den besten Sound! Das kann mit daran liegen, dass es mein erster Over-Ear Kopfhörer ist, aber egal woran es liegt – der Sound ist einfach himmlisch.
Klarer Klang, absolut null Übersteuerung und ein herrlich weicher Bass.

Ich habe den Kopfhörer mit Musik und Let's Plays ausprobiert – klasse. Aber ich habe ihn auch mit ASMR Videos getestet. Wem ASMR kein Begriff ist: ASMR ist eine Art Gehörwellness. Flüstern, Rascheln, Klopfen etc. – Nicht jeder kann ASMR empfinden, aber die, die es können, bekommen von ASMR Aufnahmen oftmals Gänsehaut und werden entspannt. Wichtig für ASMR ist ein sehr klarer Klang (am besten Binaural). Perfekt um den Kopfhörer zu testen.
Es dauerte nicht lange, da stellten sich alle Häärchen bei mir auf. Perfekter, klarer Klang, auch Binaural. Ich liege jetzt jeden Tag mit dem Kopfhörer auf meiner Couch und lausche meinem kleinen Hobby … Ich bin wirklich unglaublich froh, diesen Kopfhörer jetzt zu haben, denn er ist perfekt für solche Zwecke.

Auch praktisch fand ich das Zubehör. Gut, den Beutel benötige ich nicht – Aber die Kabel. Man kann

an dem Kopfhörer das Kabel abmachen. Das ist praktisch, wenn mal ein Kabel bricht. So kann man einfach ein Neues einstecken, anstatt einen neuen Kopfhörer zu kaufen. Es ist aber auch praktisch bei unterschiedlicher Nutzung, immerhin hat nicht alles einen 3,5 mm Anschluss. Es gibt zwar Adapter, die sind aber nicht immer zur Hand und kosten auch noch mal zusätzlich ein paar Euro.
Bei dem Auna Kopfhörer bekommt man nicht nur ein normales Kabel, sondern auch noch ein Spiralkabel dazu – beide mit einem 3,5 mm Stecker. Dazu gibt es dann auch noch einen 6,3 mm Klinkenadapter der auf beide Stecker aufschraubbar ist. So kann man den Kopfhörer auch direkt an z.B. eine E-Gitarre oder ein Keyboard anschließen. Ich habe beides, sodass mir das sehr gelegen kam.

Alles in allem bin ich absolut begeistert von den Kopfhörern. Sie sehen super aus, sitzen klasse und haben einen für mich hervorragenden Klang. Ich habe nichts zum Meckern! Für den Preis von 46,90 Euro kann man sich diesen Kopfhörer auf jeden Fall gönnen!

I now have quite a few headphones and headsets – there are always different types, with different advantages and disadvantages. I love them all because I'm a big listening fan. The Auna Base over-ear headphones also impressed me, I can already say that. The headphones look great. It looks modern and simply visually appealing. I have the black and blue. These aren't really my colors, but they looked the most appealing to me. For women I would like a white-red/white-orange - or a similar variant. Just another alternative for female users who don't like it so dark and blue. There is nothing to complain about in terms of processing. Everything fits perfectly, closes, is even and has no sharp edges. The leather/rubber-like covers on the earcups are taut and thick enough that they won't chafe or tear right away. You can also wipe them off very easily. Adjusting the headphones is very easy. You don't see any steps, but you can feel a slight jerking, so that you notice that small steps snap inside. However, they are so small that everyone will find the perfect fit. They also pull out significantly, so even people with large heads or low-set ears will find a suitable position. At most, the width could be a problem for one or the other. You cannot adjust the width, although the headphones are flexible. It fits me, but it shouldn't be much tighter. So people with big or broad heads should be careful. That's why I measured. The head may be 15 cm wide. You can also bend the headphones a few centimeters further, but I don't know whether it will last in the long run or whether something might tear or break. The fit... The headphones are relatively heavy compared to my on-ear headphones, but not annoying, but still well within the limits, even if it took a little getting used to before the wearing comfort became really good. As I said, the width is not adjustable, but they fit me very well. Nothing wobbles, pinches or slips, even if I shake my head a lot – I tried it out. I think that's really great. So you don't have to constantly adjust everything, and you also feel more comfortable and the sound stays better in your ears. In addition, you can also rotate the earpieces completely in their holder. I don't need it, but it might be useful for some people. The sound fascinated me from the start. Can't compare to high end headphones but can compare to some others in the same price range. This one has the best sound! This may be due to the fact that these are my first over-ear headphones, but no matter what the reason - the sound is simply heavenly. Clear sound, absolutely zero clipping and a wonderfully smooth bass. I tried the headphones with music and Let's Plays - great. But I also tested it with ASMR videos. For those who are not familiar with ASMR: ASMR is a kind of auditory wellness. Whispers, rustles, thumps, etc. – Not everyone can feel ASMR, but those who can often get goosebumps and relaxation from ASMR recordings. A very clear sound (preferably binaural) is important for ASMR. Perfect for testing the headphones. It didn't take long for all of my little hairs to stand up. Perfect, clear sound, also binaural. I lie on my couch every day with the headphones and listen to my little hobby... I'm really incredibly happy to have these headphones now because they are perfect for such purposes. I also found the accessories useful. Well, I don't need the bag - but the cables. You can unplug the cable from the headphones. This is useful if a cable breaks. So you can just plug in a new one instead of buying a new pair of headphones. But it is also practical for different uses, after all not everything has a 3.5 mm connection. There are adapters, but they are not always to hand and also cost a few euros. With the Auna headphones you not only get a normal cable, but also a spiral cable - both with a 3.5 mm plug. There is also a 6.3 mm jack adapter that can be screwed onto both plugs. You can also connect the headphones directly to an e-guitar or a keyboard, for example. I have both, so that suited me very well. All in all I am absolutely delighted with the headphones. They look great, fit great and have an excellent sound for me. I have nothing to complain about! For the price of 46.90 euros you can definitely treat yourself to these headphones!
