Très insatisfaite par le produit ET le service client. J'ai acheté ce produit, il n'a très vite plus fonctionné (plateau qui tremble puis ne tourne plus...) Renseignement pris auprès d'un réparateur : tout est électronique, pas de mécanisme... La carte électronique n'est pas remplaçable, normal, tout vient de Chine... Renseignement pris auprès d'un autre vendeur : la tête de lecture coûte à peine 11 €, tout le reste n'est que déco... mais pas remplaçable.... AUNA me propose "dans un geste de bonne volonté, un remplacement de mon produit", mais oh surprise, une fois que mon ancien est renvoyé, ils ne l'ont plus en stock et me proposent juste un remboursement... qui va mettre un temps fou à être effectué.
Leurs produits ne sont que de la poudre aux yeux, très peu de qualité...

Very dissatisfied with the product AND the customer service. I bought this product, it quickly stopped working (platter shakes then stops rotating...) Information obtained from a repairer: everything is electronic, no mechanism... The electronic card is not replaceable, normal, everything comes from China... Information obtained from another seller: the reading head costs barely 11 €, everything else is just decoration... but not replaceable.... AUNA offers me "as a gesture of goodwill, a replacement for my product", but oh surprise, once my old one is returned, they no longer have it in stock and just offer me a refund... which will take ages to be processed. Their products are just smoke and mirrors, very poor quality...
