Wow, das Teil ist der Hammer....Größer als gedacht kam die auna Thunderstorm Bluetooth Box hier zusammen mit einem Tragegurt und einer Fernbedienung an.

Zunächst muß die Box mit dem Netzkabel aufgeladen werden. Den Status ersieht man durch die kleine rote bzw. grüne LED auf der vorderseite. Die Box wird mit dem Smartphone verbunden, lädt man sich die dazugehörige App herunter, kann man mit dieser Musik-, Equalizer- sowie die LED-Lichteffekte steuern und zudem Radiosender zuschalten.

Mit der Funktionstaste wird Farbe und Intensität sowie Beleuchtung und die Lautstärke von Mikrofon oder Gitarre geregelt, Beides kann vorne per Steckanschluß gekoppelt werden.

Die Optionen (Helligkeit, Bass, Höhen usw) sowie Lichteffekte, Echo und Delay werden über die Menüfunktion gesteuert. Geregelt werden diese dann per Lautstärkenregler.

Hat man die Box mit dem Smartphone verbunden, können hier verschiedene Lichteffekte ausgewählt werden (Alarm, Heartbeat, Rainbow, Sunset usw). Erstellt man eine Playlist in der App, werden diese Lieder der Reihe nach über die Box wiedergegeben.

Die Box kann zudem USB oder Karten lesen, gesteuert werden diese wiederum über die App. Hier wird auch die Klangregelung gesteuert, so dass einem Musikgenuß nichts mehr im Wege steht.

Möchte man die Box für unterwegs nutzen, ist ein stabiler Tragegurt mit festen Karabinerhaken dabei. Auch ein Kfz-Ladegerät ist im Lieferumfang dabei. Die Box hat unten kleine Füße, auf denen sie gut und fest steht.

Der Klang der auna Thunderstorm Bluetooth-Box ist einfach nur super, die vielen tollen Farben der Box, die ringsherum erleuchten, sind der Hammer und dank der vielen Möglichkeiten blinken oder blenden zum Takt der Musik dazu. Da sie doch ziemlich groß ist, braucht sie entsprechend Platz, wird aber sicher niemanden enttäuschen.

Die Box ist sicher auch für draußen super, wenn man seine Lieder vom Smartphone anhören möchte. Der Klang der kleinen Handy-Lautsprecher ist ja nicht immer der Beste. Benutzt man die Thunderstorm-Box steht der Party Sommer wie Winter nichts mehr im Wege.

The box is certainly also great for outdoors if you want to listen to your songs from your smartphone. The sound of the small mobile phone loudspeakers is not always the best. If you use the Thunderstorm box, nothing stands in the way of a party in summer or winter.

Mit zum Lieferumfang gehören der Thunderstorm, Stromkabel, KFZ-Ladekabel, eine Fernbedienung, ein verstellbarer Schultergurt mit Karabinerhaken sowie eine kurze Beschreibung.

Man kann sich das Gerät als großen Bluetoothlautsprecher mit USB Ladefunktion vorstellen. Er kann per Strom oder Akku genutzt werden.
Der Thunderstorm bietet Musik über USB, SD, Bluetooth und LINE IN. UKW Radio bietet dieser Lautsprecher nur über der App Discolor DJ.

Der Lautsprecher bietet außerdem den Anschluss vom Mikrofon und Gitarre.

Das Bedienelement ist übersichtlich und modern. Ohne vorstehende Knöpfe. Das Display ist beleuchtet und gut abzulesen. Will man das Gerät einschalten, sollte man etwas länger den POWER-Knopf gedrückt halten. Ebenso beim Ausschalten.

Das Highlight ist wohl die App. Ich habe sie mir runtergeladen und die hat sich auch per Bluetooth mit dem Gerät verbunden. Anfangs funktionierte sie nicht. Aber irgendwann nach unzähligen Versuchen hat sie sich doch mit dem Thunderstorm verbunden. Bitte darauf achten, das, wenn man auf das BT Symbol drückt, eine Verbindungsbetätigung kommt.
Bis auf Radio funktioniert alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ob die Einstellung der Beleuchtung, Einstellung des Equalizers, Playlisten erstellen und vieles mehr. Ein bisschen zeitverzögernd, aber es funktioniert.

Ohne App hat der Thunderstorm aber auch viel zu bieten. Der Klang ist großartig. Man kann sogar noch am Bass regeln. Mit einem USB Stick könnte man eine Halle beschallen - so laut. Dagegen ist die Musik über BT vom Smartphone in der Lautstärke begrenzt. CD Laufwerk gibt es hier nicht. Handy aufladen ist über die USB Buchse möglich. Wurde getestet und funktioniert. Dazu muss aber auch der Thunderstorm eingeschaltet sein.

Optisch macht der große Lautsprecher ebenso was her. Seitlich sind die Bässe, geschützt durch Gitterstreben, und über die restliche Oberfläche die Hochtöner. Die Seiten leuchten nicht. Die Beleuchtung des Lautsprechers kann man nur über die App abschalten. Das Licht pulsiert im Takt, Farben kommen nicht fließend. Auch das lässt sich nur über die App steuern.


Mir gefällt der Thunderstorm auch ohne App. Er macht ordentlich Musik, auch ohne Strom bei einer Gartenparty ein Hingucker. Er ist standfest durch die großen Füße. Hochkant geht nicht, weil man sonst einen Lautsprecher verdecken würde. Wer mag, kann den Lautsprecher auch ins Auto stellen, über Zigarettenanzünder laden und Musik abspielen. Wer eine kräftige Schulter hat, kann ihn auch, dank des Schultergurts, über die Schulter getragen werden. Hier ist vieles möglich, und ich habe noch nicht alles getestet.

Noch kurz ein paar Worte zur Fernbedienung (FB). Sie ist klein, handlich und übersichtlich. Will man den Thunderstorm damit bedienen, muss man ihn zunächst manuell einschalten. Danach kann man ihn per FB bedienen sowie Ein-/Ausschalten. Ein kleines rotes Lämpchen zeigt dabei den FB Modus an.

Es ist ein gelungener Bluetoothlautsprecher, der durch die App noch viel mehr zu bieten hat. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach gerechtfertigt.

This can also only be controlled via the app. I also like the Thunderstorm without the app. It makes a lot of music and is an eye-catcher at a garden party even without electricity. He is stable because of his big feet. You can't stand it upright, because otherwise you would cover a speaker. If you like, you can also put the loudspeaker in the car, charge it via the cigarette lighter and play music. If you have a strong shoulder, you can also carry it over your shoulder thanks to the shoulder strap. A lot is possible here, and I haven't tested everything yet.
