The Retrospective Series is a timeless tribute to the past days and sets the tone for a uncompromising, true design Made in Berlin.
Inspired by the 70s aesthetics, classic and innovative details melt and blend into a timeless whole. The new backline of the Retrospective ensemble is an active mono subwoofer.
Like the NUMAN UniSub, the NUMAN RetroSub has been developed as a component of a home cinema system and accordingly designed specifically for use with multi-channel receivers with a separate subwoofer channel. A little bit more compact, the RetroSub also excels in the 2.1 system, for example, if you want to add more debth to your existing tower or shelf speakers.
Dynamic, confident and rich in sound
CONVINCING INTERIOR
Its 25.4 cm (10") front-firing woofer is a rich and powerful bass reproduction that provides precise and distortion-free dynamics in an overall sound spectrum. Home-cinema and games as well as conventional music tracks are efficiently extended with low-frequency sound components.
The aluminum stand with silicone feet reduces unwanted resonances to a minimum. The subwoofer is equipped with a bass reflex port at the bottom, which provides more freedom with the room installation.
You can choose the colour of the matching covers in retro look when purchasing the subwoofer. Due to the friction-lock connection, it is easy to put on and to remove. The inner edges are coated with a protective PU varnish to prevent scratches and damage.
